Next to Normal

This groundbreaking rock musical by Tom Kitt (music) and Brian Yorkey (book, lyrics), explores the effect that mental illness and its treatment can have on a family. As a suburban mother struggles with bipolar disorder, her family struggles, too.  This compelling story combined with powerful performances by Kristen DeGrazia, Victoria Vaughn, Chris Walbert, K. Michael Moore, Austin Wicke and Michael Penick, yield a unique and moving musical experience.

Directed by Kathryn Van Meter with musical direction by Janelle Lauer.
